(MENAFN- The Peninsula) The Minister of Culture, Arts and Heritage H E Dr Hamad bin Abdulaziz Al Kuwari yesterday met a French media delegation comprising Karen Oswald, Director, Distribution and Development, Arab Maghreb, the Middle East and Turkey, and Souad Al Tayyeb, Director, Radio Monte Carlo, in the presence of French Ambassador Jean-Christophe Peaucelle. They discussed the media's role in the development of French language education, especially after Qatar joined International Organisation of la Francophonie, and the media's role at the cultural level.
