in an interview with qatari daily (al sharq) published today tarawneh hailed the distinct relations between hh the emir of qatar sheikh tamim bin hamad al thani and king abdullah ii of jordan. he looked forward to further developing the bilateral ties urging state institutions in both countries to upgrade the relations at all levels.
the house of representatives speaker invited he speaker of the advisory council mohammad bin mubarak al khulaifi to visit jordan in order to discuss means of bolstering the relations between the two countries and exchange views on the recent arab developments.
tarawneh believed that arab parliaments could help the formal diplomatic movement in overcoming some obstacles in the relations between nations. (qna)
