Nissan posts 23.1 percent rise in sales in ME


(MENAFN) Japanese car giant Nissan posted a record high in sales in the Middle East of 196,885 vehicles in its fiscal year ended March 31, according to Arabian Business. The company"s sales in the Middle East grew by 23.1 percent during the twelve-month period compared to a year earlier. The company"s highest sales in its history were posted in March this year, reaching 28,900 units in the region. Overall market share boosted from 8.9 percent to 10.3 percent over the 12-month period.
