King of Spain starts visit to Saudi Arabia


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) King Juan Carlos, of Spain, arrived in Jeddah on Saturday on a three-day official visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He was received by Crown Prince, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense, Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, at King Abdulaziz International Airport, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported. He was also received by Prince Mishaal bin Majed bin Abdulaziz - Governor of Jeddah Province; Prince Mishaal bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz - Governor of Makkah Region; Prince Mohammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz - Minister of the State, Member of the Cabinet, Chief of the Crown Prince's Court and Advisor to the Crown Prince; Prince Mansour bin Khaled bin Farhan - Saudi Ambassador to Spain; Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah - Minister of Commerce and Industry, and a number of senior officials. The Crown Prince and the King of Spain inspected the guard of honor, according to the report. The Spanish King leads a high-level delegation that includes Minister of Defense Pedro Morenes Eulate; Minister of Transport and Development Ana Pastor Julian; and Minister of Industry, Energy and Tourism Jose Manuel Soria.
