(MENAFN - Arab News) Riyadh: irshad and waheed impressed with the bat while usman dazzled with ball during the seventh round of the saudi orix twenty20 cricket tournament organized by the riyadh cricket association here.

a brilliant century by fayyaz helped punjab lion beat amir holidays by 30 runs. lions piled up 213. fayyaz was the man in charge and scored a well-made 135 runs. taj got 22 runs. imran nadeem and saeed claimed 2 wickets each. amir holidays managed 183 for 8. kamran (60) and nadeem (38) were the main scorers. asad bagged 4 wickets and asmat 2.

pak shaheen thrashed saudi jaguars by 8 wickets. saudi jaguars scored 173. abdul wahab and abdul waheed picked up 3 wickets each. pak shaheen raced to the target after 10.2 overs thanks to abdul waheed's innings of 110. abdul wahab supported him with 56.

in riyadh zone white star cricket club downed kashmir-xi by 86 runs. white star posted 252. irfan sagar hit 123 and mudassir 88. waseem bagged 2 wickets. kashmir-xi managed 166. azhar added 46 and shabbir 30. javed scalped 2 wickets.

lahore badshah (green) beat nouman gymkhana by 6 wickets. nouman gymkhana were all out for 113 runs. zahideen clinched 5 wickets and arman 2. lahore badshah green achieved the target after 11.5 overs. afzal scored 31 runs.

tbcc edged challengers-xi by 32 runs. tbcc posted 175 for 5. ashraf hit 37 anish 35 and salam 31. challengers-xi scored 143 in reply. anish picked up 3 wickets while salam cherian and shamim bagged 2 each.
