China's revenue up 9.2 percent in April


(MENAFN) Chinese Ministry of Finance said that the country posted a revenue of USD202.92 billion in April compared to the same period of 2013, increasing by 9.2 percent, QNA reported. Revenue of the central government recorded USD94.3 million, increasing by 8.5 percent compared to a year earlier, while local government kept a percentage of 9.8, standing at USD108.24 million. Revenue of the domestic value-added tax reached USD37.23 million, up 4.9 percent compared to a year ago, while domestic consumption tax rose to 3.8 percent, hitting USD10.85 million. Revenue from income tax for enterprises and individuals reached USD9.024 million compare to the same period of 2013, up to 12.5 percent.
