(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Bul may 12 (qna) - the anti-government armed militants launched coordinated attacks on afghan security check points in eastern ghazni province of afghanistan early monday morning.
provincial governor musa khan akbarzada confirmed that several armed insurgents launched attacks on security check points in the outskirts of ghazni city.
akbarzada further added that preliminary reports suggest at least two policemen were injured following the attack.
he said sporadic clashes between the afghan security forces and assailant militants are still going on in the area. (qna)
