Saudi- Eram Group eyes new projects

(MENAFN- Arab News) Siddeek ahmed cmd of the alkhobar-based eram group has received a honorary doctorate degree from kings university in maryland.

the us university honored him by awarding a d. litt degree in recognition of his outstanding business achievements and his humanitarian endeavors.

speaking to arab news ahmed said he was happy to receive this honor from an american university.

he said he would continue his efforts in charitable activities and creating more job opportunities for saudis and expats.

he urged youth to respect elders and teachers and uphold human values to achieve success.

'our business group intends to implement a series of projects in india and gulf countries opening new job opportunities for saudi nationals indians and other nationals" ahmed said.

selvin kumar vice chancellor of the university presented ahmed the doctorate during a glittering ceremony at marriott hotel in sugar land which was attended by a large number of academics and businessmen in houston.

eram ceo abdul razaq south indian us chamber of commerce president baby manakunnel fokana vice president abraham eapen and other prominent personalities gave felicitations.
