Cambodia, U.S. bilateral trade up 11 percent in Q1


(MENAFN) The January-March period of 2014 witnessed a trade volume between Cambodia and the United States with an amount of USD845 million, Xinhua reported. During the period, Cambodia's export to the U.S. increased 11 percent on an annual rate, hitting USD771 million. Figures release by the U.S. Department of Commerce showed that the number increased 11 percent from USD758 million from the same period last year. A spokesman for the Cambodian Ministry of Commerce attributed the surge in the two-sided trade to the good relations and cooperation between the two countries.
