PACP receives 6,480 complaints from across Oman till March


(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) The Public Authority for Consumer Protection (PACP) received 6,480 complaints in all from January 1 till March 31 this year. 

A press release stated that as per the quarterly report of the authority which is prepared by the Directorate General of Studies and Development, complaints and calls related to food stuff and vehicles topped the list.

The authority's branches across the sultanate received 997 calls and 31 registered complaints about food products, 877 complaints and 194 calls about vehicles and services, and 372 complaints and 30 calls about mobile phones and services.
