(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Doha May 05 - Qatar Exchange pursued its upswing trend on Monday adding 133.69 points (1.04%) to advance to 12987.95 points from 12854.26 on Sunday.
The volume of the shares traded was up to 32919135 from 30025896 on Sunday and the value of shares increased to QR1253729048.79 from QR1001448804.36 Sunday.
Among the top gainers were Qatar National Bank which was up 1.76% to QR196.20 Qatar Islamic Bank gained 2.16% to QR90.00 International Islamic Bank added 2.24% to QR86.90 and Industries Qatar up by 1.73% to QR188.30.
