(MENAFN) Working on the second phase of the multi-million dollar project Durrat Marina has recently started at Al Riffa Ballroom, InterContinental Regency Bahrain, according to Gulf Daily News.
Master Group has developed Marina Breeze 1 and 2 at USD 23.742 million cost.
Master Group chairman Antony John said: ""We are currently working on the first phase and are expecting to complete work on the second phase within 20 months, but from the way we do things, we tend to finish months before time."
John added: "Things are not rushed and we produce the best quality projects something that has got us the ISO certificate. We are not selling property without coming up with infrastructure and work on roads, electricity and sewage is 10pc away from completion and this shows that people moving to the place wouldn't wait."
