(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Cairo May 02 - One officer was killed and six others were injured in the South of Sinai in an attack that targeted a security check-point.
The Ministry of Health said that all eight people the six injured and the killed officer were moved to a hospital in Sinai.
Three people were also injured in the South of Sinai on a road close to Sharm al Sheikh as a truck exploded Egyptian Middle-East News Agency reported.
The explosion took place simultaneously with the attack that targeted the security check-point.
