Over 100000 People Join May Day Rallies in Moscow
(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Moscow May 01 - Over 100000 people took part in May Day rallies of trade unions in Moscow an Itar-Tass report said Thursday citing the press service of the city's main interior department.
Processions of trade unions from Vasilyevsky Spusk passed Tverskaya Street in the Russian capital the report said.
Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin Chief of the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia (FITUR) Mikhail Shnakov Chief of the Moscow Trade Union Federation Sergei Chernov led this morning the column of procession.
A majority of processions comprised young people and students.
