(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Doha May 01 - HE Advisory Council Speaker Mohamed bin Mubarak Al Khulaifi met with Taro Kono member of the Japanese House of Representatives and the parliamentary delegation accompanying him.
During the meeting the two sides reviewed the existing parliamentary ties between the two friendly countries and means of boosting and developing them.
HE Advisory Council Deputy Speaker Issa bin Rabia Al Kuwari attended the meeting along with members Mohamed Abdullah Al Sulaiti Mohamed Ajaj Al Kubaisi Saqr Fahd Al Muraikhi. HE Advisory Council Secretary General Fahd bin Mubarak Al Khayarin was also present.
Earlier today HE Foreign Minister Dr. Khalid bin Mohamed Al Attiyah met with Taro Kono and reviewed relations between the two friendly countries and means of cooperation in the fields of common interest.
