Saudi foreign remittances up 22 percent in March


(MENAFN) Foreign remittances by expatriates in Saudi Arabia posted a 22 percent growth in March to reach USD3.812 billion compared to USD3.119 billion in the same month 2013, according to Arab News. Remittances of foreigners reached their highest in three months compared to USD3.545 billion in January and USD3.119 billion in February. Personal foreign remittances of both Saudi nationals and expats bossted by 21 percent to USD5.944 billion in March compared to USD4.93 billion in the same period last year.
