Tecom Business Parks launches Dh1b projects


(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) This iconic development has been designed to incorporate sustainability elements and covers a total area of over 500000 square feet and is expected to be completed by first quarter of 2015.

tecom business parks on tuesday announced dh1 billion investment in new developments and delivery of key projects in 2014 and 2015 respectively to demonstrate its growth momentum over the past year.

the business park’s new project the butterfly is two office buildings located in the heart of dubai media city and dubai internet city which offers 255000 square feet of world-class facilities and infrastructure tailored office space as well as a spacious outdoor plaza. the development is expected to be completed by the end of 2015.

it also announced the upcoming completion of the dubiotech headquarters building which comprises of commercial space and retail units. this iconic development has been designed to incorporate sustainability elements and covers a total area of over 500000 square feet and is expected to be completed by first quarter of 2015.

in international media production zone (impz)’s growing community the publishing pavilion a nine storey development with a total area of 267191 square feet is close to completion with handover expected in fourth quarter of 2014.
