(MENAFN - Arab News) The 5th exclusive expensive jewelry exhibition under the patronage of princess hasa bint salman bin abdul aziz was inaugurated by ghassan a.h. alsuliman ceo and president of bentley and al-ghasan motors in the presence of haya sunaidi main organizer of the exhibition and president of reed sunaidi exhibitions eric deardorff ceo garrard and other sponsors at hilton hotel jeddah.

the exhibition is being held with the participation of 70 famous international and domestic brands who are displaying the latest jewelry designs after its success in riyadh last week with the aim to help the growth of the industry and felid.

alsuliman said that he is very proud to be part of the exhibition and admired the efforts of the haya sunaidi for organizing such a big show with several famous and expensive and exclusive brands in jewelry.

'i have seen some of the designs made by saudi designers. they need right push and exposure of their wok it's high time for the jewelry designers in the saudi market" he added.

sunaidi said that the event came with the aim to support the industry with specialized exhibitions that cater the needs of the women.

she expressed her satisfaction on the success of the exhibition in riyadh in light of the high turnout and number of deals that have been signed which will lead the international exhibitors forward to establishing partnerships and opening permanent shops in the kingdom in the next phase.

there are 7 talented saudi designers who came out with their latest designs in this exhibition which is a success of this exhibition itself.

there are 70 exhibitors from 11 international countries that are showcasing their latest and fabulous jewelry where jeddah is the city that acquired 30 percent of the gold and jewelry industry in the kingdom as millions of visitors visit the kingdom annually and like to buy gold from the kingdom.

she said the majority of the pilgrims prefer to purchase from jeddah because of the diversity of models and designs that's was also the reason of the last year's success of jewelry exhibitions.

the jewelry exhibition will open new doors and ways of trade for the gold and jewelry in the saudi market.

the jewelry lovers can have designers from around the world displaying their dazzling designs and exquisite pieces under one roof.

deardorff also said that they are very proud to be part of this jewelry exhibition as sponsors garrard has beautiful emerald necklace which is part of a complete set also have iconic wings and more signature collection to dazzle the visitors.

dana mohammed alwi said the exhibition coincided with developments in the global jewelry market.
