(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Beirut April 29 - Lebanese Minister of Energy and Water Arthur Nazarian on Tuesday met with HE Qatar's Ambassador to Beirut Ali bin Hamad Al-Marri.
During the meeting the two sides reviewed bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries as well as the situation in Lebanon and the region.
HE Al-Marri reiterated Qatar's keenness on maintaining "Lebanon's security and stability and supporting it as [Doha] always did" wishing that Lebanon will smoothly progress towards its national interests.
For his part the Lebanese minister underlined the strong ties between the two countries hailing the Qatari role in supporting Lebanon during difficult times.
