Israeli Authorities Demolish Mosque Three Houses In Nablus


(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) RamallahApril 29 -The Israeli occupation authorities demolished on Tuesday a mosque three houses and three barracks in Khirbet al-Tawil east of Nablus city in the West Bank.

Palestinian sources said that Israeli forces declared the place a closed military zone and prevented students from going to schools as well as journalists and photographers from approaching the area.

In a similar measure the Israeli Civil Administration has approved the seizure of 28000 dunams of West Bank strategic areas for settlement construction Haaretz daily reported on Tuesday.

Haaretz said in a report relayed by Petra news agency today that the 28000 dunams (6919 acres) were approved by the Civil Administrations task force for demarcating state land Maj. Gen. Yoav Mordechai the government coordinator in the territories told a Knesset subcommittee this week.
