British economy projected to grow in Q2


(MENAFN) A report by the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) said that the country's economy continued to grow in a quick pace in April amid expectations of a stronger growth in the next quarter, Xinhua reported. The employers' organization said that the economic growth strengthened across the retail and service sectors, while manufacturing output growth remained solid. CBI said that British firms are optimistic about economic growth expectations of accelerating again over the next quarter, with the projections of balance to stand at a record of 42 percent.
