Japan's Panasonic posts USD1 b profit in 12 months


(MENAFN) Japanese electronics giant Panasonic has posted a net profit in the previous 12 months, its first in three years, as it presses on with a sweeping restructuring, according to Arab News. Panasonic's net profit in its fiscal year ended in March reached USD1.17 billion compared to USD7.373 billion net loss a year earlier. The company's revenue boosted to USD75.6 brillion in the last fiscal year compared to USD71.3 billion.
