India FDI up 12.29 percent in February


(MENAFN) India saw a 12.29 percent growth in foreign direct investment reaching USD2.01 billion in February, according to Iran Daily. Data by the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion reported that FDI into India were estimated at USD1.79 billion in February 2013. The highest FDI came in services at USD2.18 billion, followed by automobiles at USD1.28 billion, pharmaceuticals at USD1.27 billion, and construction development at USD1.05 billion in the first 11 months of 2013-14.
