(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Islamabad April 28 - At least three children were reportedly killed and several injured in an explosion that took place in Karachi's SITE area on Monday (DawnNews) reported.
The explosion took place near a seminary in SITE's Frontier Colony area rescue sources said adding that the victims included children from the madressah.
Hospital sources said that many of the victims brought in were children aged between 8-12 years.
Rescue sources said the casualties were shifted to Abbasi Shaheed and Civil hospital for medical treatment.
The nature of the blast is not yet clear.
