(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Washington April 27 - HE Qatar Investment Authority(QIA)'s CEO Ahmad bin Mohamed Al-Sayed now visiting Washington held a series of formal meetings with senior US officials.
HE al-sayed met with secretary of commerce Penny Pritzker John Podesta the senior adviser to the U.S. President Daniel Poneman the Deputy Secretary of Energy and Ambassador Charles Rivkin the Assistant state secretary for Economic and Business Affairs.
HE Qatar Investment Authority(QIA)'s CEO also met with Governor of the state of Virginia Terry Macaulf Vincent Gray mayor of Washington DC and Michael Nutter the Mayor of the City of Philadelphia.
During these separate meetings HE Al Sayed discussed a set of issues pertaining to boosting and bolstering economic and investment relations between Qatar and the USA.
HE mohamed bin jaaham al kuwari attended these meetings together with members of the delegation accompanying HE Qatar Investment Authority(QIA)'s CEO.
