(MENAFN) Facebook Inc"s mobile advertising business said its ad revenue in the first quarter of the current year was up to 59 percent from 30 percent a year earlier, according to Oman Observer.
The company's overall revenue rose by as much as 72 percent in the first quarter reaching USD2.5 billion compared to the expected USD2.36 billion for the same quarter.
JMP Securities analyst Ronald Josey said: "They"ve got the right products for what advertisers are looking for and that"s manifesting itself in the results you"re seeing."
