Four of the hotel's five critically-acclaimed restaurants will feature a special anniversary menu available from April 24 to 27, created exclusively in honour of the occasion.
The hospitality centerpiece of Burj Khalifa – the world's tallest building – and a luxury pioneer in the urban heart of the city, the hotel was named 'World's Leading Landmark Hotel' at the 2013 World Travel Awards, following a successful first four years of operation.
Diners will have the choice of award-winning Italian cuisine at Armani/Ristorante, Japanese flavours at Armani/Hashi, the best of regional Indian food at Armani/Amal, and European delights courtesy of Armani/Deli.
The celebratory collection of four-course dégustation menus showcase signature flavours and stunning presentation, using only the finest sourced ingredients, and prepared with contemporary Armani flair.
Asian highlights include Sea Scallop Gratin with Sea Urchin Butter and Teriyaki Angus beef at Armani/Hashi; with Armani/Amal serving both vegetarian and non-vegetarian menus will feature a sharing main course of Goan Jinga, Murg Makhani, Saag Aloo and Dal Makhani, folllowed by a Hazelnut Dacquoise with Coffee Cardamom Brûlée and Coffee ice cream.
European culinary creativity headlines the menu at Armani/Deli, where Risotto with Sweet Green Peas and Shrimps is the perfect prelude to Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Potato Gratin, Wild Mushroom and Swiss Chard. Armani/Ristorante will continue to set new gourmet standards with a delectable birthday offering featuring Roasted Giant Prawns and Cannellini Beans, Seared Veal Tenderloin with Foie Gras, Mushed Peas and Glazed Shallots, and a Chocolate Delight accompanied by home-made Peppermint ice cream.
