(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) nama April 21 -Commander in- Chief of Bahrain Defence Force Field Marshal Sheikh Khalifa Bin Ahmed Al Khalifa met here on Monday with British Minister of State for the Armed Forces Mark Francois and his accompanying delegation now visiting Manama. During the meeting Field Marshal Sheikh Khalifa hailed ties of joint cooperation already existing in all areas inter-alia exchange of military knowhow and cooperation between the two sides. He also affirmed the constant keenness to further enhance such military cooperation and coordination between the two countries. Later in the day the UK Minister of State for the Armed Forces paid a visit to the Military Museum of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) and was informed about the displayed paintings and photos which record the Kingdom's military history and the BDF's development stages since its establishment in the 1960s.
