(MENAFN - Muscat Daily) The National Bank of Oman's Academy of Excellence, the training arm of the bank, recently conducted a training programme titled Effective Negotiation Skills'.
The course was designed with the objective to help employees aim for a win-win outcome using strategies and techniques which respect the other party and also are transparent. The programme was specially designed by the Academy of Excellence, tailored to the needs of participants, and delivered by a well-known trainer with international experience through a series of cases and activities to help develop employee's skills and productivity.
Nasser al Hajri, general manager and chief human resource officer, National Bank of Oman said, ''Negotiation skills are pivotal in today's workplace and we are committed to developing the skills and competencies of our employees to enhance their overall performance in their individual roles.
