Dubai real estate investments hit USD9.52b in Q1


(MENAFN) Total investments made in the Dubai real estate market hit USD9.52 billion during the year's first quarter, Arabian Business reported. The Dubai Land Department said that the figure marks an increase of 57 percent when compared to the corresponding period in 2013. The number of investors increased in the quarter to 13,279 individual, increasing 81 percent from 7,339 in the year-ago period. Real estate investments in Dubai during the three-month period were made by 133 nationalities, with Indians ranking top investors.
