(MENAFN) Net profit of ZTE Corporation, a leading telecom equipment manufacturer in China, saw a significant growth in the first quarter of the current year, according to Qatar News Agency.
ZTE net profit was more than tripled during the quarter reaching USD100.4 million, or 203.5 percent year on year.
The company's revenue was estimated at USD3.090 billion during the period, reported China's News (Xinhua).
The report predicted ZTE's net profits to boost by up to 222.6 percent in the first six months to reach a maximum of USD 161 million.
