Qatar- Ooredoo names new Nojoom partner

(MENAFN- The Peninsula) Ooredoo yesterday announced Ahli Bank as the new Nojoom partner, as it aims to expand Nojoom rewards programme in 2014. Ahli Bank customers can now redeem their Pearl Points for Nojoom Points, and in turn, enjoy access to Nojoom's rewards and services from over 150 partners in Qatar and abroad. "To celebrate Nojoom's fifth birthday in 2014 we're looking for ways to give back to our customers, and partnering with popular services like those provided by Ahli Bank's Pearl Rewards is one of the many ways we can make this happen," said Ahmed Ali Al Mohannadi, Customer Experience and Segmentation Director at Ooredoo. "Nojoom has been one of Qatar's most popular programmes for the past five years because it enables members to reward themselves, for doing day-to-day activities such as paying your bills or by using your credit card," he added. To start redeeming, Ahli Bank customers need to fill and submit a redemption form available online on the bank's official website, call Ahli Bank's contact centre, or visit any of Ahli Bank branches. Each Pearl Point can be redeemed for one Nojoom Point, and as a special promotion for one month ending on 20 May, 10,000 bonus Nojoom Points will be given as a welcome gift when applying for an Ahli Platinum credit card. "Our aim at Ahli Bank has always been to ensure that the widest range of services are made available to our customers, and with this alliance of two strong brand names coming together, we can say with certainty that the growth in the breadth of services and the level of service will significantly add value to our credit cards holders," said Andrew McKechnie, Deputy CEO Retail banking, Ahli Bank. Every Ooredoo customer with a Qatar ID can enroll in Nojoom and begin earning Nojoom Points each time they use an Ooredoo service or shop at any of Nojoom's earn partners, including Geant Hypermarket, Starlink, Applebee's, Al Nahdi, Diet Center and Edible Arrangements.
