(MENAFN - Muscat Daily) National Bank of Oman (NBO) recently selected five lucky winners with a grand prize of total of RO500,000 as part of its flagship Al Kanz prize draw. Winners of RO100,000 each were announced at a ceremony, which took place at Al Bustan Palace, a Ritz-Carlton Hotel on April 15. 

The event was attended by the chief guest H E Nasser bin Khamis al Jashmi, Undersecretary, Ministry of Finance; Salaam al Shaksy, chief executive officer of the National Bank of Oman and VIP guests, including many of the bank's high net worth customers across its Sadara, Mazaya and government banking segments, as well as members of the bank's senior management. Salaam al Shaksy, chief executive officer, National Bank of Oman, said, ''The Al Kanz prize draw is an important event for National Bank of Oman.

As well as rewarding our loyal customers, it gives us a chance to bring National Bank of Oman employees, including senior staff, together with our clients to network in a fun and informal setting. The Al Kanz saving scheme offers customers the chance to win significant cash prizes throughout the year and is the first savings scheme in Oman to offer customers the opportunity to become a millionaire.
