(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) mascus April 18 - Three Palestinian refugees were killed and seven were injured when a car bomb went off in al-Aedeen refugee camp in the Syrian city of Homs Palestinian news agency WAFA reported Friday citing medical sources. The explosion took place opposite the entrance of the camp besides Bilal ibn Rabah mosque.
