(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) nis April 18 - Tunisia has urged its citizens to delay any travel plans to Libya saying the country was going through instability that could endanger the lives of Tunisian citizens. The statement was made in light of the disappearance of a Tunisian diplomat in the city of Tripoli in Libya yesterday.
