Flight inquiry center set up

(MENAFN - Arab News) An exclusive customer care call center has been set up to answer calls in english and address inquiries at jeddah's king abdulaziz international airport.

english-speaking travelers will now be able to inquire about flight information and lodge formal complaints and suggestions on 920011233 around the clock.

abdulhamid aba al-ari director-general of the airport told arab news that the center will be managed through the expertise of a professional calling company that has been awarded the contract.

fourteen operators will initially be deployed to receive calls he said.

'king abdulaziz international airport is committed to improving services rendered to passengers" its director-general said. 'performance across multiple sectors at the airport will be evaluated through customer satisfaction surveys and call analysis."

'we hope that the customer center will prove helpful for first-time visitors to jeddah" said al-ari. 'we have deployed english-speaking personnel in a bid to bridge the communication gap for non-arabic speakers."

'travelers will be able to enquire about both international and domestic flights" he said.

king abdulaziz international airport is the second largest airport in the middle east and the largest airport in the kingdom in terms of passenger traffic accommodating 18 million passengers yearly.
