Iran to build petrochemical zone


(MENAFN) Iran has announced its plan to construct a petrochemical zone in the southeastern Iranian city of Iranshahr in Sistan-Baluchestan province, according to Iran Daily. The government is concerned with supplying natural gas to Zahedan and Khash. President Hassan Rouhani said that the start of feasibility studies for the construction of a petrochemical zone in Iranshahr will depend on private investments and government support.
