45 injured as train derails in India?s Assam


(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) As many as 45 passengers suffered injuries when the engine and nine coaches of a train the 15666 dn dimapur ? kamakhya bg express derailed in the north-eastern indian state of assam early wednesday.

north-east frontier railway (nfr) sources said the mishap occurred between aujuri and jagiroad stations of lumding division at about 2.15 am today.

the train had left aujuri at 
2.05 am.

the engine and five coaches 
derailed in the incident while four coaches had overturned they 
said.
