attended by four young front office assistants from movenpick hotel riyadh movenpick resort al nawras and movenpick hotel and resort yanbu the 5-week cross exposure program covers predominantly standards on guest services and relations applications of key operating procedures and techniques hospitality requirements and technical practicum on front office systems. the candidates will receive extensive training on types of guestrooms facilities offered and back office tours will also be carried out to magnify the hotel's features and daily operations.

the graduation ceremony will take place on may 8 where the candidates will present to the hotel's management the key learning from their experience.
