(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Muttrah police station recently arrested a man on charges of assault and robbery from Ma'abela in the wilayat of Seeb.
The man has been accused of assaulting an expatriate who on his way to a mosque for the Fajr prayers and robbing him of RO50.
The incident took place in Darsait. The accused is said to have previously attacked two other expatriates in the same manner.
The case has been referred to the Public Prosecution.

Exercises at Shatti al Qurm
The ROP on Thursday will carry out exercises at Hay al Sifarat in Shatti al Qurm with the participation of several police formations.
The exercises will be carried out to raise efficiency of officers and ensure preparedness.
