S. Korea's home sales up 34 percent in March


(MENAFN) Home sales in South Korea have boosted by over 34 percent in March compared to the same month 2013, giving a sign of recovery in the property market, according to Qatar News Agency



The country's home transactions increased 34.2 percent, reaching more than 89.394 in March compared to the same period 2012



Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport said: "Home transactions continued to grow, especially in and around the capital area, since the start of this year on hopes for a recovery in the property market, though the rate of growth somewhat slowed in March.
