Grade-A office prices in Beijing increase 0.7 percent


(MENAFN) The rent and sale prices of grade-A offices in Beijing increased in the January-March period of this year, Xinhua reported



The average rent price of grade-A offices increased in the quarter by USD49 per square meter, up 0.7 percent from the quarter before it



Meanwhile, average sale prices of grade-A offices increased 0.7 percent in the three-month period to USD10,351



A report by real estate consulting company DTZ said: "Looking forward, we expect about 300,000 square meters of new office space to be launched by the end of 2014, which will help meet the demand.
