(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) u Dhabi April 14 -General Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE. Armed Forces on Monday met King Juan Carlos of Spain who is on a three-day official visit to the UAE. Welcoming King Juan Carlos Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed described the visit as important for the deep relations between the two countries as their leaderships look forward to pushing these relations to wider horizons and to forging distinguished and effective partnerships in the service of the common interests of the two countries and their peoples. During the meeting the two sides discussed ways of supporting and promoting bilateral cooperation relations between U.A.E. and Spain in the various political economic trade and cultural spheres as well as the importance of making more efforts to promote their cooperation and develop their current partnerships. They also discussed matters of common interest to the two countries the development of economic and investment relations and joint projects and programmes in order to bolster economic cooperation and further progress and prosperity of the two countries
