Among the main non vegetarian dishes are Saag Ghosht (boneless mutton, spinach puree, crushed fennel, fresh coriander and ginger), Prawn Makhani (prawn cooked in tomato and cashew nut gravy and flavored with cardamom and ginger), Chicken Jalfrezi (stir fried boneless chicken breast, bell pepper, coriander, cumin and tomato), Lamb Vindaloo (boneless chicken thighs, onions, garlic, ginger, crushed fennel, black pepper and curry leaves) among other meticulously dishes created with delicious ingredients



The vegetarian varieties come with signature delicacies including Subz Masala (mixed vegetable, onion, tomato gravy, cumin and Indian spices), Paneer Butter Masala (home cottage cheese, onion, tomato, spices, fresh coriander and cream), Mushroom Mutter Masala (fresh mushroom, green peas, onion, tomato masala, roasted cumin and spices), and Vegetable Jalfrezi (stir-fried bell pepper, onion, cottage cheese coriander, cumin and tomato).
