(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) ha April 14 - HE Speaker of the Advisory Council Mohamed bin Mubarak al-Khulaifi received here Monday a written message from Omani Chairman of Majlis A'Shura Khalid Bin Hilal Al Ma'awali. HE Omani Ambassador accredited to Qatar Mohamed bin Nasser Hamad Al-Wihaibi handed the letter to HE the Speaker of the Advisory Council during their meeting today.
