(MENAFNEditorial) Following the merger of Dentsu and Aegis Media, Dentsu Aegis Network has promoted Antonio Chedrawy as Chief Operating Officer to help drive expansion of the network in the North Africa and Levant sub region.
As Chief Financial Officer, Chedrawy was previously responsible for the network's corporate governance, financial accounting and trading departments as well as being closely involved with the launch and growth of the Lebanon, Egypt and Morocco offices. Chedrawy will now be charged with expanding the geographical reach of the Dentsu Aegis Network in NAL by consolidating existing partnerships, acquiring new agencies and driving organic growth through local account wins.
As COO Chedrawy will also expand the Dentsu Aegis Network Academy, which he began in Dubai, to help ensure local talent is consistently redefining the media eco-system and that the company's operating model is consistently and successfully implemented across the region
While Chedrawy remains a key member of Dentsu Aegis Network MENA management team, his role will now focus on the strategic direction of the North Africa & Levant operation as well as the continued management of the regional trading division.

Following Chedrawy's promotion, Dentsu Aegis Network has appointed Zein Jammoul as Regional Finance Director to take on Chedrawy's previous financial responsibilities for the MENA region.
