Drunk Kuwaiti trio harassing girls beat cops


(MENAFN- Arab Times) Three drunken citizens beat a security man when the officer asked for their civil ID after they were caught harassing some girls in Souk Sharq. Apparently, the patrol officer spotted three individuals harassing a girl, so he approached them and asked for their civil ID cards.



The first suspect with his friends started abusing the officer, so he required them to accompany him to the police station.



However, they attacked the officer and started beating him. He managed to call for backup and the suspects were taken to the area police station. A case was registered.



Meanwhile, a Syrian expatriate intercepted and assaulted an Asian expatriate thrice after a quarrel inside a commercial complex at Fahaheel



Woman assaulted: A 20-year-old Kuwaiti woman has filed a complaint with the Salmiya Police Station accusing a Tomboy of beating her inside a commercial complex in front of several people, reports Al-Rai daily. She told police she was earlier involved in a dispute with the accused. She has provided police details about the suspect



Man beats ex-wife:A Kuwaiti woman, whose identity has not been disclosed, has filed a complaint with the Daiya Police Station accusing her former husband of breaking into her apartment in Bneid Al- Gar and beating her, reports Al-Rai daily. The husband will be summoned for interrogation. Meanwhile, police are looking for two unidentified persons in a case of arson, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily. The daily added, the suspects set fire to the car of a Saudi man working for the Ministry of Interior. The fire was put out by firemen
