The hotel is part of a Dh400 million expansion plans to support the growing tourism industry. This investment is part of Bin Majid Hotels and Resorts' strategy to expand its footprint globally and increase the group's presence in Abu Dhabi. Furthermore, the launch of the new hotel is strategically important for the group's development in the region where Bin Majid has now established a solid presence in RAK including 4 hotels in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. These include the Beach Resort, Beach Hotel, Acacia Hotel and Mangrove Hotel
The tower features 230 deluxe hotel apartments, tastefully furnished and equipped to international standards, with designated rooms for handicapped guests including connecting rooms for families travelling together.
The new Bin Majid Tower will target all market segments such as leisure travelers, families, group travel and corporate functions. Emphasis will be placed on providing unique service amenities such as express check-in and check-out, car rentals, state of the art fitness centre and health club, spa, ladies saloon and an elegant meeting/conference room facility for business and private functions.
