Qatar- Mowasalat gets two global certifications


(MENAFN- The Peninsula) Mowasalat has been awarded ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 by the British Standard Institution (BSI), including ANAB and UKAS



Both certifications require a company to meet specific industry standards. ISO 14001 certification recognises that Mowasalat has established and maintained sustaining environmental management system, while, the OHSAS 18001 is an international occupational health and safety management system standard that requires Mowasalat Qatar to establish and maintain standards that control health and safety risks



Omar Rashid, General Manager, Qatar, British Standards Institution Group Middle East WLL said: "I am delighted to be here to help mark this occasion. I applaud Mowasalat for leading by example with their push to achieve global standards. It's an evidence of Mowasalat's continuous efforts and commitment to best practices.
