Egypt's core inflation up 9.7 percent in February


(MENAFN) Annual core inflation of Egypt has boosted by 9.7 percent in February, according to Gulf Daily News



Egypt's official statistics agency CAPMAS said that annual consumer inflation rate hit 9.8 percent last month, reporting a stable rate compared to a month earlier



Annual inflation had reached its highest rate in nearly four years in November but has been falling back since then



The central bank said that the country's M2 money supply grew by 17.02 percent in twelve months to the end of February
